RETIREE Shahrum wants to know why he has yet to receive his share of the 2017 Bank Rakyat dividend.
He said he would usually get his dividend by the middle of March, but that was not the case this year.
“I am retired and a senior citizen. I have invested in Bank Rakyat expecting to get my share to help me make ends meet.
“However, March has come and gone and still there is no sign of the dividend.”
An officer with Bank Rakyat Malaysia said the cash dividend had not been declared yet by the bank.
“Once the percentage is approved, it would be announced during the financial performance announcement or during our annual general meeting.”
